California- Bill Cosby was rocked by another dope-and-grope allegation yesterday when a California lawyer claimed the funnyman put the moves on her after giving her knockout pills.

Tamara Green alleges Cosby attacked her 30 years ago - and said she's speaking out now because she fears prosecutors will dismiss a new claim by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand that the entertainer drugged and molested her in January 2004.

"He did exactly the same thing to me," Green, 57, said. "Do I want everybody to know that he had his dirty paws all over me? No, but I don't think it's right that they're going to disregard this woman and her allegations."

A one-time actress and former model, Green told the Philadelphia Daily News she met Cosby at an audition and worked at his Los Angeles nightclub. She said one day she fell ill and Cosby gave her two gray-and-red capsules that left her "stoned."

Back at her apartment, Cosby allegedly tried to take advantage of her. "I started fighting him and he's kissing on me, peeling off my clothes," said Green, who lives in Ventura.

Cosby then dropped two $100 bills on her end table and fled, Green claims.

Green, whose past clients have included Liza Minnelli's stepmother, said she told family and friends about Cosby's alleged assault but never went public or to police.

But after hearing about Constand's claims, Green called the cops on Jan. 28 and told them her story. "I heard a press release from the district attorney saying he thought the case was weak and why did she wait so long to come forward?" said Green. "I worked in a DA's office and that's DA-speak for, 'We're not filing charges.'"

Prosecutors in Montgomery County, Pa., who are expected to decide this week whether to charge the 67-year-old comedian with a crime, were mum about Green's allegations.

But Cosby's lawyer insisted that his client, whose portrayal of doting dad Cliff Huxtable on "The Cosby Show" made him America's most famous father, did not know Green.

"Ms. Green's allegations are absolutely false," Walter Phillips Jr. said in a statement. "Not a single detail in the article has been corroborated by anyone. The fact that she may have repeated this story to others is not corroboration."

Philadelphia Daily News city editor Kurt Heine said the paper stood by its Green story, which is similar to the tale that Constand, 31, has told police.

Meanwhile, the "Celebrity Justice" television news show reported that Constand's mom, Janet, called Cosby before her daughter went to the cops and that the comedian "was under the impression" she was after hush money.

Constand, who was working for Temple University's women's basketball program when she crossed paths with Cosby, now lives near her parents in Ontario, Canada. She could not be reached for comment.

The 6-foot-tall former hoops star told cops Cosby gave her "herbal medication" that made her woozy, then groped her breast and placed "her hand on his penis."
