DARYL Hannah is so unhappy with her buzzed-about nude layout in Playboy, she’s talked to high-powered Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer about suing the magazine. Hannah’s rep confirmed that the star had talked to Singer about her dissatisfaction, but was unsure if a suit had been filed. Singer, who was said to be on a plane, did not return repeated calls. Howard Stern said on the air yesterday that Hannah, who was tight-lipped about the layout when she appeared on his radio show Tuesday, told him she wouldn’t discuss the Playboy pictures because she was suing. Stern said Hannah was “devastated” by the layout and claimed Playboy did not let her pick the shots she wanted. A Playboy rep responded: “To our knowledge, Daryl Hannah has not filed a lawsuit against Playboy. Ms. Hannah personally selected the photographer and we think the result is a beautiful, groundbreaking photo essay.”
