Porn Valley- It's Tuesday night and I'm sitting with Bisexual Britni over at Jerry's Deli in Woodland Hills. The last time I saw Britni www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=2377 she was guzzling down a Margarita made up of cum and some other retch-inducing human by products.

Britni was shooting a movie for Extreme but didn't get paid for it. According to her, she didn't get paid for any of the scenes at the time she shot for Extreme when they brought her on board to be the contract girl for their Armageddon Line. It amounted to something like $12,000.

Dennis Ormond, Britni's buzz cut spiritual advisor and live-in consort, says it was a good thing they had other sources of revenue from her website, or that Extreme fiasco would have taken them down like a moose. Ormond also told me how Britni got a check that bounced and then the check replacing that check bounced, and the replacement check bounced, and so forth.

On another occasion, Britni flew into town to shoot a scene for Armageddon and kept calling Extreme from her hotel room wanting to know when they wanted her to come in to do it. Several days of that nonsense passed when they finally told her, by the way, we sold Armageddon three weeks ago, neglecting to inform Britni of that minor detail.

Britni, now 25, says she was more sexually idealistic back in those days, feeling that she was sending out a message to people that it was okay to go crazy and be crazy.

"But people looked at it more like I was nuts," she says. Needless to say, Britni's not attempting to send out any more of what she considers positive messages.

Having for all intents and purposes given up cum cocktails and Armageddon Video, Britni asks me if there's a good bar along Ventura Blvd. Ormond, on the other hand, must have been asking questions, like, if there was a good adult company to buy into. He's now in partnership with Joe Laughlin and moved to Porn Valley from Colorado to take over the business end of AMA while "Colorado Joe" does the shooting.

AMA Video is changing its name to something like Pink Kitten, and Ormond's already telling me about some of the drama he's been dealing with in the short time he's been in town. Some of it involves Veronica Jett. I have to take notes on this because it's an involved story as porn stories involving money usually are.

And if Jett's name is familiar, she was also involved in an altercation at the Dane booth during AEE when Jack Lawrence got slapped with handcuffs by hotel security when he tried to break up a to-do between Jett and a driver for one of the industry talent agencies.

For his part, Ormond got handcuffed by Jett to the tune of $250. Jett apparently had a disagreement with Laughlin over a scene and how much she was being paid for it. In one of his first capacities as a company partner, Ormond thought he'd be the good guy and write a personal check to Jett for $125 to make up the difference. Ormond says he liked Jett, personally, that she got along great with his twin boys so what happened after that came as a shock. And the fact that Jett wound up signing at Dane's booth adds more significance to the story.

AMA was going to have a booth at AEE, but, according to Ormond the idea was abandoned. And Jett who was going to sign for them came to Ormond telling him that she'd rather not go to the show at all but is still on the hook for a hotel room at the Imperial Palace because she put down a deposit. Ormond and Jett began e-mailing one another. And Jett told him sob stories that the hotel wouldn't give her deposit back

Ormond had an idea. He compensated Jett for the money she says she put down, which was another $125, and made arrangements with Jett to hold the room for two nights, that he was going to use it for friends coming into town. Jett said she would handle it with the hotel. But when Ormond attempted to check his friends into the room, he discovered that Jett had cancelled the room. In conversations with the hotel, Ormond learned that Jett got her deposit back [she had used a credit card] on top of the $125 he thought he was reimbursing her.

Jett later told him, "Fuck you- I took your money and laughed the entire time at my suite at the Rio." In an e-mail to Ormond, after he asked her why she did this to him, Jett told him you lie down with dogs [presumably meaning Laughlin], you get fleas.

"I did everything right about her," Ormond says with a philosophical shrug of his hefty shoulders. "For some reason she needed to strike out at me."

Probably in the same manner that Laughlin's former saleswoman did. She was sent to the Venus show in Berlin by Laughlin; but the story, as she told it, was that Laughlin cancelled the company credit card on her while she was in Germany and she was kicked out of her hotel as a result.

Ormond says this is true except for one minor detail- Laughlin learned that the saleswoman also put her boyfriend on the credit card unbeknownst to him at the time and flew him out to Germany. An interesting development since she has a husband as well. Nonetheless, Ormond says he advised Laughlin to take that action and to fire the woman. It was later discovered that she had pulled similar stunts with her former employer, Vivid.
