Porn Valley- A little birdie tells us that gay porn star Devon Barry is in critical condition in a hospital in Palm Beach, Fla., after having attempted suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills. Although he was in a coma for a while, he is now awake — but still in poor condition.

Barry was found at home by a stripper at Cupid’s, a Palm Beach dance club where Barry had been performing. None of the dancers at the club knew his real name. But one of the dancers recalled that Barry had mentioned that he was good friends with gay porn star Chad Donovan. One of the dancers knew how to contact Donovan. Chad was contacted, and he obtained Barry’s real name and address from one of the studios where Barry had worked. Donovan tracked down Barry’s mother, who flew to Florida to be with her son.

Donovan told friends that he doesn’t know why Devon Barry would have attempted suicide.
