from www.tmz.com – Once again, Devon James’ dirty mouth has landed her in some controversy — after she allegedly accused a woman of being a “whore bag,” “slut” and a “thief.”

James — aka Tiger Woods mistress 12³ — is being sued by her former manager Gina Rodriguez [porn name: Demi Delia] — aka David Boreanez’s alleged mistress #1 — after the two had a major falling out over commissions Gina said she earned after locking down deals for a porn movie and a website.

In the suit, filed a few days ago in L.A. County Superior Court, Rodriguez claims James got pissed over the 20% that Gina was making from the deals — and posted some nasty stuff on the Internet such as:

— “[Gina] doesn’t pay her people and fck her”
— “She is a fcking whore bag slut”
— “Gina Rodriguez is a liar and her atty is a nut, see you in court ladies”
— “[Gina] smokes crack”

Now, Gina claims James’ cyber-attack has damaged her business — and she wants a cool $10k to make things right. She also wants a judge to force Devon to stop harassing her on the Internet.

It’s a sad day when two alleged homewreckers can’t get along …
