I won’t say who, but there’s a porn company executive out there who fancies the term, “schmuck baiting”.

Any time his company wanted to manipulate somebody with more money than brains into giving some of it up he called it “schmuck baiting”.

Often times said schmuck baiting wound up as a lawsuit in the courts if the schmuck in question chose to make an issue of having his pockets picked clean. And nine times out of ten, the schmuck would lose because he was baited with unassailable finesse.
