Porn Valley- You know that whole thing about not stepping on Superman's cape, spittin' in the wind or pulling the mask off the ol' Lone Ranger? The same might apply to porn performer Dick Delaware and temptations on the part of industry journalists to write shitty reviews about his movies.
Delaware, when he's not fucking on camera, has another occupation. He beats people up as ultimate fighter Aaron Brink, ultimate fighters being those guys with muscular eyebrows and faces like cement loaders. Brink/Delaware, along with his manager Cory, was a guest of Cytherea and Plus One on KSEX, www.ksexradio.com Thursday night.
Saturday night Brink goes for a win against Jeff Ford. "The fight's called Venom," said Brink. "You're not going to be able to get tickets at Ticket Master." Plus One aka Brian took that to mean it was an underground spectacle. According to Brink, he's fought 32 professional fights. Co-host Harry Weiss wondered how many that included out of the ring. "Those are all allegations- they never happened," Said Brian, speaking on behalf of Brink. As Dick Delaware, Brink says he's done close to 400 movies but avoids working if a particularly grueling match is in the offing.
"If I'm fighting a wrestler, I don't want to have weak legs," Brink said. "I might take a month off before I fought someone who's going to be coming at me, shooting on my legs. On film. Period." Brian wondered if that included stink fingers and blow jobs. Brink says he reserves his best work for the cameras. "Every pop is worth $500-$600." Brink explained that Cytherea, www.clubcytherea.com was going to be his ring girl. Cytherea said she and Brink/Delaware did a scene together. "It was awesome. I remember it being so much fun." Brink said it was a candy store scenario. Brink also remembered it as being a two pop scene, not including the one Brian did in the back room where he got a blowjob.
Brink displayed some of the belts he has won. "They're from different shows," he said. "I keep the belts." Brink explained that a fighter doesn't relinquish his belt even if he loses. "If I fight for the belt again, I get to keep the new belt. I keep the other ones like trophies."
With rules stating anything goes, essentially, Weiss wondered if Brink has problems with low blows. In the shows he participates in, Brink says he's taken a few shots to the nuts but low blows aren't considered fouls. "But I can't poke, I can't scratch and I can't bite." Brian said he's been in a few fights but when he gets in one, he gets a ride to jail. "When he [Brink] gets in one, they give him gold medals and belts and shit...and paychecks."
Brink said he never gets in a fight outside the ring. "At XRCO...nothing." Asked how he got into porn, Brink said he was a guest at a party at Vince Vouyer's house. "He was impressed with me- he put me in a scene. I did an internal pop for him my first scene, Cum Drippers 4. After that it was downhill from there." It was noted that Vouyer is trained in jiu jitsu. Brink didn't know exactly what level, believing he was a purple belt. "he's good at it."
Brian suggested maybe doing some badass "porno puncher movie" with Brink getting into the ring with all his belts. "We do an entire fighting movie. That would be cool as fuck."
Weiss was curious whether porn helped Brink in his training. "Porn is a very good exercise," agreed Brink. "I try to stay in the reverse cowgirl as much as possible. It's good exercise for my legs and my six pack." Brian relayed a message from the KSEX chat room that the proposed movie be called Cocky.
Brian also wondered who deserved an "Aaron Brink ass-whoopin'" and was next on the hit list. Brink said the guy's name was Mark Kerr. Brink said he also heard through a source that there was another guy who wouldn't fight him named Homer Moore. According to Brink, Mark Kerr made comments that Brink wasn't good enough to fight him. "I respect Mark Kerr but I need a fight with this man," said Brink.
Brink also expressed hope that he could fight John Marsh but for different reasons, those being that he respects Marsh. "He's a striker," said Brink. "He's a guy who looks good. The fight will look good. The promoters look good. I want to fight him in the Ultimate Championship. He's never ducked me. He's always followed my events. He's a stand-up character. I owe him that fight." Brian brought up the names of a couple of "has-beens," particularly Dan Severn. Brink said he'd fight him as well as Tank Abbott who Brian described as "a fat fuck".
Since Brink brought up the subject to begin with, Weiss asked him to define a striker for the listening audience. "Someone who stands up and punches and kicks- and uses their striking ability to gain a victory," he explained. 'It's somebody who's a grappler, somebody who punches and usually goes for submissions." It was also pointed out that, unlike boxing, there's many ways to achieve victory in the ultimate fighting sport. Brink says he's won 21 of his 22 victories by knockouts, however. "I try to knock out everyone I can. Otherwise I go for a submission- a huge dramatic scene for his family and friends to see." Brian quaintly described it as a ride in an ambulance.
Brink was asked if there was anyone in porn who deserved a knockout punch from him. Brink said he tries to take the adult industry seriously and he wouldn't look for a fight. "I keep my fighting to my fighting, do my scenes and go home. I try to keep as many friends as I can and stay humble."
