RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- Former Racine Mayor Gary Becker is scheduled to enter a plea this week to charges stemming from an Internet sex sting.
The 51-year-old was charged last month with trying to arrange a sexual encounter with an underage girl. Prosecutors say he conducted an explicit three-hour chat online with a state agent who was posing as a teen.

Becker is scheduled to enter a plea in Racine County court Tuesday. His attorney, Patrick Cafferty, has said Becker intends to plead not guilty to all six felony charges.
They include attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16 and possession of child pornography.
Becker was charged Jan. 15. He resigned as mayor five days later, the same day his wife filed for divorce.
