And I had a funny chat with Tim Case about this the other day because Case called to make sure that this wasn’t the company that owed me money because someone had informed him, erroneously, that this was a company that owed me money. That couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s Outback Productions and Nicole London that are the deadbeats. And, laughing, Case said Fox would never have done a deal with a company that owes me bucks.

“Arnold seemed to me to be a very cool, straight up guy,” says Case who along with Fox used to peejay on KSEX. “They seem like a very cool company.” Case and Fox, in LA, had planned on leaving the 19th but a couple of extra projects came up.

The Gene Simmons incident at AEE was an unexpected one for Case. “I was just thrilled because when I was a kid, Gene Simmons was, like, God to me. I’m standing there on the dais of the KSEX booth and here comes Gene up the stairs and there’s Chloe and Wankus and Gene and my girlfriend and Gene’s interviewing Felicia about the rock stars that she’s been with. He was trying to get her to name names and she wasn’t having it. She wasn’t going to talk. And Wankus said, dude, Felicia was so great. He goes all the rock stars will be after her now because she won’t talk. I thought it was great. Here’s my childhood hero interviewing my girlfriend.”

I mention to Case that I thought Fox was looking pretty damn good during this instance. “She gets better looking every year- I’m just a lucky guy,” says Case. “It’s crazy. We were at the Expo for four days and she had so many people who wanted to shoot her this week. And she’s being really picky. She’s taking a scene here and a scene there. She’s going to shoot with Sean Michaels- she has a few things going on. She’s going to be shooting a music video Sunday. That’ll be a lot of fun.” As things look now, Case thinks that Fox will be on Wankus’ Monday night show. “We’ll see how that goes. I’m sure we’ll get on there and do some of the things we used to do.”
