Los Angeles, CA – AdultBizLaw.com, www.adultbizlaw.com the internet’s first adult entertainment legal information portal, is pleased to announce that Professor John Zelezny has joined it’s team in order to provide their members with even a greater level of expertise in the adult entertainment field.
Michael Fattorosi, AdultBizLaw.com’s lead attorney and founder stated, “We are extremely happy to have John as part of the team and as our resident expert in First Amendment law.”
He went on to say that “having someone with John’s experience is just what we needed for our Video Seminar series. None one is better at teaching complicated legal issues in layman’s terms.”
Not only will John Zelezny be one of AdultBizLaw.com’s featured Video Seminar presenters, but he will also be a columnist and author. According to Fattorosi, we have already taped six Video Seminars on topics including; model releases; the Miller Test for obscenity; shooting video content in public places; indecency and obscenity; avoiding copyright problems on websites and trademarks and domain names. He has also authored five articles on topics ranging from nude dancing and free speech to P2P file sharing.
John’s experience is also real world, this isn’t someone who has has been in academia all this career. John is a lawyer and communications executive, a former university professor, and the author of popular textbooks on communications law. His 30-year career is split between academia and the professional communications world. He also has his own website on media and communications law. ( www.johnzelezny.com )
He began as a small-town newspaper reporter in the 1970s, later taught media law, journalism and public relations at three universities, and today serves as a corporate senior vice president for communications in central California. Along the way Zelezny has taught some 3,000 students, authored complex First Amendment problems for statewide law-school competitions, authored five editions of his textbooks, hosted a CBS 60 Minutes investigation, ghost-written many newspaper op-ed columns, provided countless media interviews, and advised public agencies, CEOs and governing boards on communications strategy.
He is a former chairman of the mass communication and journalism department at California State University, Fresno, and during his academic career spanning three universities he taught some 15 different undergraduate and graduate-level course titles. Zelezny is a frequent speaker on the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment and related communications-law topics at writers conferences, before civic and professional organizations, and at universities.
“Having John join our team is just the first step of many to position AdultBizLaw.com as the industry’s go to source for legal information,” declared Fattorosi.
