from www.nydailynews.com- Anthony Weiner’s sexting buddy Sydney Leathers went all the way to ensure she does not have HIV, and she has the three tests to prove it.

The young woman whose raunchy, online-only relationship with Weiner sunk his mayoral campaign had an HIV scare this week, the result of her new porn career.

Leathers had unprotected sex in her film “Weiner & Me” with Xander Corvus, an adult-film star — and three weeks ago, Corvus filmed a sex scene with a female porn actress who recently tested positive for HIV, Gawker reported Thursday.

“I do not have HIV and have not been exposed to HIV regardless of the reports out there saying otherwise,” Leathers told the Daily News. “I took all the necessary precautions . . . and acted responsibly.”

But the apparently infected actress, Cameron Bay, told adult industry website AVN that her most recent XXX shoot was July 31 and her shocking test result — which has sparked the current moratorium on professional porn productions — came back this week.

Her Twitter account suggests the last project was a Kink.com flick with Corvus.

In a statement to Gawker, Leathers said she and Corvus both were tested and deemed “healthy” before they filmed their Vivid Entertainment video together.

She said an additional test in New York after the shoot also came back negative. She took her third test, this time a home test she bought at CVS, on Thursday.

Bay told AVN Wednesday that she was undergoing follow-up testing to check whether her result was a false positive.

The new results are expected Friday [then came in Thursday confirming a positive.]

“When I got the call, I was obviously extremely distraught and in disbelief because there’s no way that it’s possible in my eyes,” Bay told AVN.

“I don’t sleep around, I don’t do anything crazy and I keep track of the people that I’ve worked with.”

Corvus seemed to touch on the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases in a Twitter post last week.

“If you’re in the industry and you irresponsibly f— unprotected outside the industry I want you drawn & quartered then burned alive,” he tweeted Aug. 12.

Leathers was an unknown 23-year-old from small-town Indiana when she stepped forward four weeks ago to reveal she had a steamy online relationship with Weiner last summer — a year after the disgraced Democrat resigned from Congress for engaging in similar behavior.

Weiner — who was once on top of the polls — acknowledged the lusty liaison with Leathers and said such behavior was now behind him.

But the revelations have sent his mayoral campaign into free fall.

Leathers, meanwhile, capitalized on the disclosures with a clothing endorsement deal, an appearance on Howard Stern’s radio show and a paid hosting gig at a Manhattan strip club.

The newly-famous Leathers, who was back in New York this week after filming the skin flick in “recent days,” told the Daily News on Tuesday that she had no regrets.

“After I did the Vivid photo shoot a couple weeks ago, people already thought I made a porno, so it was like, ‘Eh, they think I did, I might as well,’” she explained.
