LaTasha Marzolla has already compiled a 9-3 record in Muay Thai competitions, but a torn ligament in her knee as well as the birth of her child forced her out of competition for three years. This past Saturday she made her debut under the rules of MMA, defeating Christy Tada before the end of the first round.
In addition to her striking skills in Muay Thai, Marzolla also competed on her high school wrestling team. If that wasn't enough, she is good friends with Gina Carano and the two train together at Xtreme Couture.
