Las Vegas- It didn’t take a genius to figure out that Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge was going to leave Las Vegas with a boatful of AVN awards including the Best Video Feature, Best Director [Joone] and Best Actor awards [Evan Stone].

In the show’s 26th year of production, Jenna Haze, this year’s co-host was named Best Female performer while James Deen was named the Best Male Performer. Digital Playground contract girl Stoya [pictured] won for Best New Starlet while Anthony Rosano, a veteran of three years in the business, was voted Best Male Newcomer.

The Female Foreign Performer Of The Year was won by Eve Angel while Male Foreign Performer Of The Year went to the perennial Rocco Siffredi. Transsexual Performer Of The Year went to Wendy Williams.

Other big awards for the evening went to Brad Armstrong who was named Director of the Year. The Best Sex Comedy award went to Not Bewitched XXX for which Nina Hartley also took Best Non-Sex Performance. Cry Wolf from Vivid Entertainment Group won for Best Film. Katie Morgan was recipient of The Jenna Jameson Crossover Star Of The Year award.

And because they’re unsung we’ll sing about them: Charles Dera won in the Unsung Male Performer Of The Year category while Amber Rayne was named Unsung Starlet Of The Year.

Awards were given in a staggering 127 categories.
