CANOGA PARK, Calif. [www.freespeechcoalition.com]- Free Speech Coalition (FSC) will moderate a forum to discuss the potential development of recommendations for 2257 third party record-keepers. The Forum will be held on the last day of the XBIZ conference, on Feb. 12, from 1-3pm in the Hidden Hills room in the Marriott, Woodland Hills.
FSC believes it would be beneficial to bring adult industry professionals who are interested and impacted by the 2257 final regulations, third party record-keeping revision together for a discussion. Anyone who is considering being a third party record keeper or contracting with a third party record keeper is encouraged to attend.
"Every time there is a development in 2257, be it rules and regulations or court cases we receive a number of calls," said Diane Duke FSC Executive Director. "Third-party record keeping represents a significant change and we thought it beneficial to consider the development of recommendations to help industry professionals navigate these revised regulations."
"It is our responsibility as the industry's trade association to provide resources for our members that help them run successful adult businesses. This forum will determine if there exists a demand for these kinds of recommendations and the best people to facilitate their development.
