Gia Paloma weighs in on the war of words last week between Josh Hunter and Tom Zupko www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=16784: “As we enter adulthood, we learn about paying bills, taking responsibility, enriching other’s lives through our passions and lessons we’ve learned along the way. Then how is it that we cansometimes carry along schoolyard behaviors such as slander, gossip, and irrational hostility in our lives while maintaining the status of a mature, healthy adult? It is impossible.
People cannot act out in such juvenile ways and expect others to respect them, nor take anything they have to offer seriously. So in defense of J Hunter and the slander put out by an ex-Hustler and Elegant Angel director, I can only say this: look at the man slandering a very respectable, well mannered, straight performer known as J Hunter. Remember the slanderous individuals history with numerous performers as well as companies. It is a sad, distraught, lonely individual who takes the time to create such unnecessary publicity. Be it more so for himself, than that of the pinpointed victim. With this, he can see himself in a good light, while his subconscious ridicules him with guilt and shame for his own wrongdoings. The bottom line is that in any level, even that of a minor one, professionalism is always expected when doing business. Whether a friendship is in play at the time of business is inconsequential. What Josh had asked of this man, would have been asked of any other director. Except any other director would have paid the $200 killfee. Or would have just not cancelled numerous times, denouncing any degree of responsibility and blaming it on girls. This man is merely a child, surrounded by adults, screaming out for attention. I wish him well, my humility goes out to him, not J Hunter or the gay community (on the extremeassociates.com site, you can view a superimposed clip). It is the crazed child who needs it most…gia paloma
