New Bern, North Carolina - Pure Bliss owner Greg Sakas has officially opened a can of whoop ass on the city of New Bern, North Carolina.
That’s because Sakas’ pending lawsuit against the city and its police chief Frank Palumbo is now official and has been filed.

Having played ball with the city long enough and being jerked off in the process, Sakas had postponed filing the suit until New Bern had talked to its insurance carrier. But New Bern never got around to it.

After that hadn’t been done, New Bern then came up with another stalling tactic.
“The city attorney was asking us if he could possibly, as a courtesy, hand deliver the copies of the suit to the individuals which would be the city manager, the chief of police, the lead detective of the first raid and the lead detective of the second raid,” states Sakas.
“Why the hell give them the courtesy?” An exasperated Sakas wanted to know. “Nobody’s given me a courtesy in this town of anything!”
“What I told my attorney was I’d rather pay the $60 out of my pocket, and I’d have the sheriff’s dept. take it over there and tell them they’ve got a goddamn gut bustin’ war on their hands now.”
“As far as I’m concerned,” continues Sakas, “this should have been done six months ago, and I told my attorney that I fault him for not having filed it, hoping to resolve it. This cost me a lot more money. It has been filed. It took long enough. As far as I’m concerned there’s no turning back on this. There’s no negotiations I want to hear."
