(Newburgh, NY) — Last week, just 73 miles north of Manhattan, an excited KSEXradio fan known as “Shaved Bi Guy” gleamed from ear to ear when he received his prize package containing a top quality free porn DVD and a KSEXradio T-Shirt. Little did he realize, he’d be wearing his new garment in the slammer a week later.
While leaving his home Monday morning, Bi-Guy bumped into a local Newburgh, NY, police officer who told him the KSEX “T” was offensive and that he was breaking the law by wearing it. Bi-Guy defended himself to the police officer and stated, “I am within my first amendment rights to wear this shirt, on top of the fact that it’s not offensive at all.”

The recently popular words displayed on the shirt read, “HAVE A NICE VAGINA” and featured the KSEXradio.com logo underneath. You may recall the editorial Wankus did on TopProTalent about his experience with the shirt [read that here].

According to Bi-Guy he told the policeman that he was not breaking any laws and allegedly the officer claimed, “I think I know the law a little better then you” and arrested him.

After being put through the normal process and being charged with Lewd Public Statement, Bi-Guy was released until his court appearance this morning.

Wearing his shirt to court, the judge asked Bi-Guy to explain the turn of events. Bi-Guy gave his account as the judge reportedly giggled and dismissed the case. Bi-Guy said, “the judge said the officer will be reprimanded for this.”

On the way out, while signing the necessary paperwork, Bi-Guy claims the court clerk enjoyed the T-shirt, even going as far as asking if Bi-Guy could get him one.
