From what I gather, the new Conan The Barbarian film did disappointing box office in its opening weekend.
I went Thursday night to see why. Looks like I was the only one in the empty theater trying to see why. I didn’t see why. It looked pretty good to me.
Did someone put the word out that you’d be beheaded or could get a contractible disease from going to see this movie? Whatever it is, I don’t get it. Maybe the world-at-large has become a bunch of effete music critics because that’s about my only quibble with this exhilarating action film.
