Owen Yaemes was found guilty on three charges of indecent assault at a defended hearing in January.
The 67-year-old claimed to be a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, practising acupuncture and massage in Papamoa.
He inappropriately handled the breasts of two victims inside their bra, under the pretence he was adjusting their bra fittings, during treatments.
Yaemes has no formal qualifications, and is not registered with any professional body.
