APACHE JUNCTION, Arizona – from www.myfoxphoenix.com – A coach who admitted to having sex with a student in a gym bathroom has been sentenced.

High school basketball coach Raeanna Jewell was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 20 years probation. She’ll be given credit for 87 days already spent in custody.

Jewell is a former girls basketball coach at Apache Junction High School. The 16-year-old victim was one of her female players.

Jewell was charged with sexual conduct with a minor and luring a minor for sexual exploitation. She was arrested back in March.
