OREGON – from www.wpix.com- A relative of the Kennedy family is at the center of a child pornography scandal. James Auchincloss, the half brother of the late Jackie Kennedy Onassis is being accused of possessing sexually explicit pictures of underage boys.

Police say they have found graphic child pornography at the home of James Auchincloss.

Auchincloss and Jackie Kennedy Onassis have the same mother, Janet Lee Bouvier. Bouvier’s second husband, Standard Oil heir Hugh Auchincloss Jr., is James’ father.

According to The New York Post, Auchincloss was ousted from the family decades ago because he became fixated on a young John Kennedy Jr. He showed an unusual obsession for his half-nephew John Kennedy Jr. when John Jr. was just 7, sources said. He repeatedly asked the boy to pose for pictures, said one source, who added that Jackie didn’t want him anywhere near her son.

Auchincloss, 62, has been under investigation since Oct. 14, 2008 when cops searched his home and found thousands of photos of young boys dressed provocatively and engaged in sex acts.

Lab results from computers seized in the October raid are still pending, and Auchincloss has not been charged.

According to a 25-page search-warrant affidavit, Auchincloss and his friend Dennis Vickoren, who is also under investigation, had thousands of sexually explicit images of prepubescent boys on their computers.

The affidavit does not mention either man as being suspected of sexual contact with children.
