WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- Jason Sechrest and his seven-years-running straight and gay porn megasite, JasonCurious.com, have been nominated for two Cybersocket Web Awards in the categories of Best Adult Blog and Best Personality.

Sechrest, a ten year veteran of the adult entertainment world who has worked as a host, publicist, print journalist, red carpet reporter and blogger to name a few industry occupations, is also currently featured in a new interview in the November 2008 issue of Cybersocket Magazine.

Sechrest's site JasonCurious.com was the first of its kind when it launched in 2001 to bring both the straight and gay porn worlds together in one place on the web for news and gossip, featuring photos and video content of your favorite porn stars.

In the age where Jenna Jameson was becoming a household name, JasonCurious.com offered new porn fanatics a place where they could find out everything they ever wanted to know about their favorite porn stars -- straight, gay, male and female -- from the boy who was friends with all of them.

Since then, he's parlayed his success as a reporter into being a host, interviewing porn stars on his award-winning radio shows, web TV shows, behind the scenes DVD reels and now most recently at several successful weekly porn events at nightclubs throughout Los Angeles, California.

But at the end of the day, he's still doing the same thing: Getting you closer to the porn stars than you've ever been before.

JasonCurious.com ambitiously boasts two blogs, a personal diary account of SECHREST's life at jasoncurious.com/diary/ and a news/gossip blog at jasoncurious.com/desk/.

Last year, renowned columnist Billy Masters was quoted in Cybersocket as saying: "Since Matt Drudge's blog, the floodgates have opened for everyone. When it came to gay porn, Will Clark was probably the first to utilize this new medium to its fullest. Jason Sechrest, turned it into an industry."

"Congratulations to all of my fellow nominees in both categories for Best Adult Blog and Best Personality, many of which I read daily and some of whom are even my closest friends," says Sechrest.

"In fact, I'm especially proud to share this honor in both categories with one of my best friends, RentBoy.com's Brandon Baker. If you happen to have two email addresses and can sneak in voting twice, vote for us both! But if you only vote for one person, make it him. I've won so many awards over the years, this is his first time being nominated for anything like this and I really want to see him win."

Sechrest was awarded two Cybersocket Web Awards in 2004 and has been nominated every year since his site's debut.

He appeared on the cover of the magazine in 2005 and remains one of the only non-pornstars to have achieved that honor.
