Naperville,Illinois — The Jenna Jameson lawsuit returns to court Aug. 15. Jameson's attorney wants to disqualify Hollywood Theaters' attorneys, and also have filed a dismissal motion. They contend there was no valid contract for her appearance at the Naperville location. They also question whether Jameson actually signed any agreement.
