Jennifer Lopez Files $10M Suit Against Ex-Husband Over Sex Tape

from www.nypost.com – This is one hot video Jennifer Lopez doesn’t want to see shooting up the charts.

Thanks to a first husband she cannot seem to shake, the “Jenny from the Block” singer has found herself embroiled in a Paris Hilton-like sex-tape scandal over steamy footage the former lovebirds shot on their 1997 honeymoon — which ex Ojani Noa now wants to cash in on.

The sultry singer/actress filed a $10 million lawsuit against Noa, claiming that he breached a confidentiality agreement and was also peddling the sexy home videos. And today, a Los Angeles judge extended an ordered Noa to put the wraps on the intimate footage — at least for now.

The hot footage, which reportedly also includes scenes of an embarrassing, ugly argument between J.Lo and her mom, is allegedly part of a movie titled “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.”

The National Enquirer reported that it had seen 11 hours of Noa’s footage of Lopez and that the kinky material included:

* A sizzling scene of Lopez checking herself out in front of a bathroom mirror, clad only in a bra and panties.

* Lopez, wearing skimpy underwear, being spanked in bed by Noa.

* An immodest J.Lo jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no underwear.

“J.Lo doesn’t want her fans to see these videotapes because they show she’s not the person you think she is,” the film’s producer, Ed Meyer, told the Enquirer.

“Jennifer is trying to stop Ojani from releasing them. But he shot them with his camera, so he owns the copyright. She can’t stop him.

“She will be embarrassed by the playful bedroom scenes on the videotapes because she’s now married to Marc Anthony — and she’ll definitely be embarrassed by fans seeing an angry fight with her beloved mother.”

Lawyers for Lopez, Noa and Meyer appeared in front of LA County Superior Court Judge James Chalfant today.

“I’m going to fight this,” Noa said of the order.

Meyer’s lawyer, Frank Sanes, said his client isn’t bound by any confidentiality agreement, so he shouldn’t be barred from peddling the flick.

J.Lo’s lawyer, John Lavely, wants the judge to order Noa and Meyer to hand over all of their footage of the sexy singer so she can review the material and decide whether her ex-husband committed any contract violations.

Lopez’s union with Noa lasted all of 11 months.

In 2007, the Bronx-raised beauty won $545,000 in a lawsuit against Noa that prevented him from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book.

The book was going to claim Lopez had several extramarital affairs during her marriage to Noa — including one with Anthony.

In 2004, Noa secured a $125,000 settlement from Lopez in a lawsuit that claimed she fired him without cause from a job as manager of her now-closed restaurant near LA.

As part of that settlement, Noa agreed not to disparage Lopez or peddle any private details of their quickie union.
