Bay County, Fla – The founder of Girls Gone Wild was a no-show for his Bay County Court hearing.

It’s a move that doesn’t sit well with a District Judge.

In an order issued by District Judge Richard Smoak, Joe Francis is given until next Monday afternoon to give a reason why a default judgment should not be automatically entered against him.

Francis who was scheduled to appear in court today, faces accusations that he and the Girls Gone Wild crew filmed four underage girls for videos here in Bay County.

Francis’ trial is set to go before a jury on Monday, March 28.
