Just wanted to let you know that I was Katie Morgan’s guest at the premiere last night of Zack and Miri Make a Porno at Mann’s Chinese Theater and the after party and I’m extremely proud of her!

While most adult crossover stars usually are cast in roles of an adult nature, they’re usually still “novelty” roles that while impressive, don’t lend much credibility to acting ability. Seeing my good friend Katie’s name pop out 5th in the opening credits and then watching her throughout the entire movie deliver endless quality lines in a detailed script that is way above smut, I can’t help but think that she is, to date, one of the ONLY crossover stars this industry has even seen.

Sorry to some legendary XXXers who may take offense to this but while some of you (some my good friends) have been featured in many major productions, that’s on the most part all it was. Featured. When you watch Katie’s movie on the 31st, you’ll see for yourself that this wasn’t some cutesy slutty role that was catered to a porn star or that was delivered cheesy, but tolerable for the audience because of who it is.

This is a REAL mainstream supporting actress role and delivered by a talent that actually could be mixed with the Academy’s Best Supporting Nominees.

Katie Morgan…I’m very proud of you girl! Thank you for letting me be a part of your incredible night and for being one of my best friends in my nine years in this business! You’re truly tops!
