Kayden Kross in her rant on Shelley Lubben and Lubben’s Pink Cross Foundation, recently, said the following:

“Her [Lubben’s] reaction was incredible when I pointed out that her Pink Cross foundation was not, in fact, a non-profit. According to the Attorney General’s office, there is no Pink Cross Foundation on file as a charitable organization. The only records are a filing with the Secretary of State as a regular corporation.”

Willie D writes on www.xxxporntalk.com : If she [Kross] had bothered to check with the California Secretary of State, she’d see that the Pink Cross Foundation was incorporated 1-24-2008.

In the meantime, an unincorporated non-profit entity can operate in California without financial reporting unless it’s revenues exceed $25,000, per 18020(b) of the CA Corporation Code:

Quote:

18020. (a) “Nonprofit association” means an unincorporated
association with a primary common purpose other than to operate a
business for profit.
(b) A nonprofit association may carry on a business for profit and
apply any profit that results from the business activity to any
activity in which it may lawfully engage.

I wonder if Ms. Kross will print a retraction, if she even knows what that is. Great post Willie, you killed what could have been another great bash shelly thread with the facts. But watch out Willie, not too many people here like it when you kill their fantasies with facts.
