Kevin Rubio writes the following: "With all his diarrhea of the mouth, Skeeter STILL makes no mention that he did in FACT sell numerous scenes owned by Metro Interactive under an exclusive contract which is why a lawsuit was filed. All he can do is spew out lies and half truth's to distract from what he did."

In conversations regarding Welcome to the Bunghole 3, Rubio will admit that the movie is a comp but claims all the other films he's put out are new releases. Unlike what Skeeter claims.

"There is only one movie that has scenes in there that are re-used which I have talked to you about," Rubio states. "That's because the scenes that were supposed to go in there were the scenes of Bridgette Kerkove that are owned by Metro. They had to be pulled out the last minute."

"Every release put out by Ducati is a brand new release with brand new scenes," insists Rubio. "Bunghole 3 at the last minute had to have two scenes replaced to replace the two scenes owned by Metro."

[But this begs a couple of questions. There are 4 re-used scenes in Welcome to Bunghole 3 and Rubio's saying there are only two. And according to what Skeeter is saying, Rubio sold the movie as a new release although Rubio admits it was a comp.]

"He can't come up with that paperwork [Skeeter claiming Rubio sold comps as new releases]," says Rubio. "Every release is a brand new title - amongst Skeeter's many lies."

[If this is the case, and these were all new releases, I ask Rubio what prompted the fallout with North Star and his company being dropped.]

"I can't get into anything about details right now," Rubio says. "He's [Skeeter] involved them in it. He's involved a lot of people by mentioning their names. The whole reason the thing got started is that he sold me Metro scenes which to this day he never mentions anything about."

I called Skeeter Friday afternoon, and he mentioned the Metro scenes and what that's all about.

"If you go on Ducati's website you can cross reference date of productions on the back of his boxcovers," states Skeeter. "You look at the outfits the girls are wearing and see that they show up in various movies. One of poor Jessica Dee's scenes are in four of his movies."

"In our lawsuit, Kevin Ducati says he had to pull one scene from Welcome to the Bunghole 3 because the alleged scene of Bridgette belonged to Metro. That's one scene in the movie, but there are four scenes that are re-used."

"In his own paperwork, Kevin Ducati also says the scene involving Bridgette was to be used as a bonus scene only to help keep her name out there during her retirement and not to be in a new release. And he says he did not buy the scene from 'Mr. Kerkove,' it was given to him free of charge. That puts a different twist on it. And he even says in his paperwork that he's receiving that scene free of charge."

Going on Rubio's website, Skeeter was able to point out where all four scenes from Welcome to the Bunghole 3 originated.

There's a scene with Katsumi and Victoria Sweet in Welcome to the Bunghole 3. It comes from Strap It to Me 5.

"In previous comments," says Skeeter, "Ducati said he didn't shoot that scene that he bought it from Craven Morehead. Yet on his MySpace thing he says he's directed Katsumi before, which he never has."

The scene with Christine Agava and Rubio as "Rockin' Rod" in Welcome to the Bunghole 3 first appears in Pigtail Cuties #3.

Jessica Dee also appears in Welcome to the Bunghole 3 with Rubio, but she stopped performing in 2003.

Also in Welcome to the Bubnghole 3, Sammi Rhodes is in a scene with Genesis Skye. That scene originated in Strap It To Me #9.
