Porn Valley- What I know about computers you can stick up the butt of a six year old butterfly. What I do know is that, after six years, I haven't been able to listen to KSEX. And that's been going on since May 3.
I contacted Powder at the station earlier this month and this is what he told me:
Powder writes: "The basic problem is that we use Microsoft Media Encoder 9. It converts our audio/video to be sent out to the internet so people can
listen. I think (I could be wrong) Microsoft did an update to Media
Encoder in the beginning of May which is causing the problem for some
MAC users trying to listen to KSEX.
Well Microsoft doesn't support most apple/MAC products but I believe
there are programs made by other companies out there, that will fix
the problem and allow you to listen."
Gene says: I still don't know what the fuck he's talking about. And if I have to go out and buy a program to remedy the situation, frankly, it's not worth it. [By the way, I found it interesting that when you Google KSEX Radio for an image, a page capture of Adultfyi comes up- that's how synonymous this site had been with KSEX.]
