Porn Valley- On her KSEX, www.ksexradio.com show this week Kylie Ireland reported that she had to go to court on November 5. The reason said Ireland is that she got busted several weeks ago shooting at her place. “They gave me a ticket for shooting without a permit.” Ireland’s court time was early AM and on top of that she was slapped with two years’s probation and has to pay over a $1,000 in fines. “How bad does that suck.”

Ireland said she did get to see the police report and knows who ratted her out. It was her neighbor, Maria, across the street, she said. “She called it in.” Ireland said she thought she had a security guard in her confidence. “You want friends on your side- he comes over and he took a couple of pictures one time. That’s cool as long as the girls are cool with it, that’s fine. He was the one who took it [the pictures] over and showed it to Maria. And so Maria came outside and saw these girls smoking on the back patio. We were taking some pretty girl shots of them outside. She called the cops. An hour later the vice cops show up.”

Ireland said she was pissed off for having let the security guard in in the first place. “We were really cool to him and it’s his fault that I got this ticket.”

Ireland said now every time she shoots she has to have a permit. “And I have to bring in every permit for every shoot that I do back to the court to prove to them. That sucks.” Ireland said a permit’s about $450 and now she’s upset. “I don’t want to take this out of MY pocket. But I got to talk to the companies I’m shooting for and see what they think of this. If I get caught again the fine’s are going to be enormous. They could throw me in jail.”

Ireland said the option to the fine was spending a month in jail.

Ireland said she was talking to someone about that: “Hey, you wanted a vacation. I could catch up on my reading. They’d feed me. I could hang out and lift some weights and get in shape. It would be cool. I don’t think so.”
