Riot Spectacular.” Snoop Dogg serves as the narrator of the satirical look at Los Angeles in the wake of the 1992 Rodney King ruling. It also features Emilio Estevez, Christopher McDonald, Charles Durning, Jonathan Lipnicki and Shay Roundtree, as well as cameos by porn stars Ron Jeremy and Tabitha Stevens.
