Everyone talks in this business and, yes, after talking to his girlfriend at the time of the marriage, it's pretty obvious he was an illegal alien from the date of 2002 to the day he married Haley. Anyone who lives and dates his girlfriend while married to another girl did it purely for green card reasons. I believe Haley's attorney also verified this from his records.

If it is arranged with the expressed purpose of attaining legal status, pay the American well.
If, like Del Toro did, you marry a girl with the fraudulent notion of love, you better fucking treat her like a queen for 2 years because moving out to hang with your real girlfriend will get you clobbered by Homeland Security especially when you're literally forced to lie at every question. (He was under oath when he told Homeland Security he was living with Haley, when in fact Haley was living at a friend's house at the time).
I'm assisting Haley in this matter financially and legally. I've spoken to Mr. del Toro a couple of times to try to resolve this without the Feds being involved. All I received were a bucket of lies. If he just came clean to Haley and added closure to their fraudulent relationship, all this could've been prevented.
He is no longer returning my calls. Perhaps he's investing in a rowboat because of his medical condition called 'fugitivia'.
