A curvy 21-year-old who claims she was told she was “too ghetto” to work at Hawaiian Tropic Zone is also too trashy for the babes-in-bikinis Times Square restaurant, a lawyer said yesterday.

Melody Morales’ picture appears on “very filthy,” “unacceptable” and “improper” Web sites, where she presents herself in “an erotic way,” James Rosenzweig told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward Lehner.

That includes advertising on Craigslist for “companionship services,” Rosenzweig said.

To which Lehner asked: “You’re not suggesting she’s a prostitute, are you?”

And Rosenzweig replied: “Potentially, that might be the case.”

Morales wasn’t in court to hear the trash talk, but her lawyer stood up for her.

“Your Honor, she’s a not prostitute,” Derek Smith said, adding that several of her pictures were stolen from her Web site and put up on escort-service sites without her permission.

Morales is suing the restaurant for refusing to so much as give her a chance to try out for her “dream job.”
