Cranky writes: I am livid about this. The jury in the Haidl case deadlocked 11-1 with the majority wanting a “not guilty” verdict. The prosecutor has said that IF the trio is retried, new evidence will be introduced that wasn’t the first time around.

Thank God at least ONE jury member had the guts to stick with their gulty verdict-These little scumbags need to be strung up by their balls and treated the same way they treated their victim

Hope that $ doesn’t talk if the case is tried again-and I sure hope the prosecutor really looks to see if any of the jurors had any dealings with the defense outside the courtroom.
