Robert Interlandi of Arrow Productions writes: I just got off the phone with the producer of the “Deep Throat the Play” that Marilyn Chambers was going to star in mid July.

Marilyn Chambers was cast as Linda Lovelace’s aging porn star friend. Originally the charactor wasn’t written into the play but she really wanted the part so the producer put her in the play. He told me that he was in a room with Marilyn Chambers’ daughter and lawyers doing the final contract signing for the play and the daughter sobbing about her mother. Marilyn Chambers died this weekend and they really don’t know why. The daughter thinks it was her mother’s medication that she was taking.
