I guess Darrah Ford this week got all excited receiving [and then printing] an e-mail on October 23, from Max Hardcore, Mr. Vomit. Except they were exactly the same e-mails he sent me, October 15 www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=30732 and October 16. www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=30744

But Max did follow up with a p.s. to Darrah that perhaps opens some trap doors he might not have wished to open, when he says:

“PS; I never got arrested 4 times for nothing, least of all DUI. I don’t see how the so-called journalists in our industry can publish unsubstantiated crap like that, and get away with it. I’ve gotten 2 DUI’s in 35+ years of driving. I challenge anyone to show me othewise.”

Ford makes an interesting response with this:

“Dear Max, I hate you! And you’re not that important to me for me to start digging up your arrest record. But I assumed if Skeeter, who I also despise, was publicly stating you were arrested four times in one year for DUI and got off on only a fine, that it must be true because it could be so easily proven not true. Why don’t you get your police record yourself and show me that you were not arrested.

Being arrested four times inn one year for DUI and getting off on just a fine does suggest that something was going on behind the scenes for you to walk and not serve any prison time. And being a police informant isn’t anything new in the adult industry. John Holmes was the biggest informant on the fight against porn for the LAPD!”

If, according Max, he’s only had two DUI’s in 35 years this is remarkable, indeed. With the kind of dice he’s rolling, Max has beaten the law of averages beyond anything imaginable in Vegas. Not only did the Tampa Tribune make note of a recent DUI of his during the sentencing aspect of his case, but there isn’t an industry event or function that Max doesn’t party at like a vaquero at a Mexican wedding.

I saw Max on any number of occasions at KSEX giving a skunk a run for his money, and have tons of tapes featuring his unique style of grain-assisted oratory. I’ve seen Max climbing in automobiles wondering to myself how the hell he was going to get home in one piece.

I mention the Max-on-Darrah posting to Skeeter.

“This is what he told me a long time ago,” says Skeeter. “He said you can’t reach me at my house right now- I have a thing to take care of with my last DUI- I’m not going to let them lock me up. I’m having my attorneys take care of it.”

“He had to go in hiding for a few weeks not to get arrested while they worked out something,” continues Skeeter. “I don’t know what he did.”
