Tampa, Florida- If federal prosecutors get their way, Uncle Sam will one day own the web site pissedonpornstars.com. That's because Paul Little--described as a "Hollywood director and producer" in a Department of Justice press release--has been indicted on federal obscenity counts.
The 50-year-old Little, who uses the handle "Max Hardcore," was named in a ten-count indictment charging him with transporting obscene matter via mail and computer. A copy of the indictment, was filed in Tampa, Florida and unsealed yesterday. As described in the DOJ release, Little (pictured right) is a "nationally-known director, producer, and star of films featuring acts such as anal penetration, urination, insertion of an entire hand into a vagina or anus, vomiting, and severe violence" towards female performers.
The government seeks forfeiture of Little's web sites, maxhardcore.com, catalinaxx.com, and pissedonpornstars.com, and several films referred to in the indictment.
From the LA Times:An Altadena man and an entertainment company face obscenity charges for allegedly distributing pornography through an interactive computer service and the mail, Justice Department officials announced today.
Paul F. Little, also known as Max Hardcore, 50, of Altadena, Calif., and MaxWorld Entertainment Inc., were charged with five counts of transporting obscene matter by use of an interactive computer service and five counts of mailing obscene matter, the federal agency said.
The indictment was returned in Tampa, Fla., on May 17. Little surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, and is scheduled to be arraigned in Florida on July 12.
A telephone call to the company was referred to Little's lawyer, whose office said he was not immediately available for comment.
According to the Justice Department, Little is a director, producer and star of films that feature "severe violence towards the female performers participating in the acts."
The indictment alleges that Little, through MaxWorld Entertainment, Inc., distributed films to an address in Florida. The defendants are also accused of using a website to distribute "obscene video clips, which were promotional trailers of the full-length feature films available through MaxWorld Entertainment Inc."
The government said it is seeking forfeiture of the obscene films, the gross profits and the property used in connection with the filming, including Little's residence in Altadena. It is also seeking Internet domain names, associated with the defendants.
