> The Lone Gunman writes on ADT: Yeah, I think McKenzie Lee is the big "head scratcher" win of the night...I actually had to go look her up, because while I've seen her in movies, she hasn't left much of an impression.

The rest of the wins are all understandable, although they aren't all who I would have picked...but I think McKenzie might go down as AVN's official "Marissa Tomei" moment of the awards show. ;

> Quasarman writes on ADT: Can someone explain Steve Holmes as Foreign male performer of the year and Manuel Ferrara as male performer of the year when they are BOTH foreign?

Also Best new video comapny - Swank Digital. Huh? How about 3rd Degree or Defiance or someone anyone's heard of.

> Steve Holmes replies on ADT: Manuel lives in the United States for good. I just visit L.A. occasionally but live and work mainly in Europe. Dillon is U.S. citizen but lives in Czech Republic and was nominated as "foreign".

This year I didn't attend the AEE show in Las Vegas and was very surprised when Jerome Tanner (hall of fame) called me with the news. I personally would have voted for David Perryor Toni Ribas.

Again I don't understand that Erik Everhard hasn't got anything. He is one of my all time favorites.

Nevertheless I'm happy for my award and especially to have it again with my friends Manuel and Katsumi.

Thank you AVN!

Steve Holmes

> Kelly writes on ADT: The results in the major categories (except for Manuel getting Best Male Performer) just re-affirmed my negative opinion of the awards and their validity.
