Tim Case writes: Hey buddy. I just wanted to give you a heads up -- the piece you posted today, from "The Post Online", is absolutely 100% INCORRECT.

As GM of a gentleman's club in Dayton, Ohio, I can assure you that the Ohio House, on May 16th, did pass a revised bill which did NOT include the 6 foot requirement that the CCV so desperately wanted. The new revised bill was then sent back to the Ohio Senate, who passed it and sent it on to Governor Strickland, who signed it into law.

The new law, which takes effect in August, states that dancers who are nude or semi-nude may not touch any customer at any time (hence the phrase we're using here, "no hugs, no handshakes"). That restriction only applies to the dancers and customers when the dancer is nude or semi-nude. No six foot law.

The law also forces adult bookstores and non-alcoholic clubs to close at midnight. Clubs with liquor licenses, like ours (www.flamingoshowclub.com) will still be open and partying hard until 2:30 in the morning.

Felicia, by the way, is due on June 10th and is very, very ready to have our first child.
