You took about 30k cash out of the company without having a cent of your own money in the company. Myself along with an investor put up over 75,000.000 in Lowdown an adult production company. I came away with what was left in the company bank account which was 11,000.00 with about 3,000.00 in past due bills which will leave me with about 8,000.00. The other investor has kept the films and I am left with about 8,000.00.
You sucked out 30,000.00 in cash from the company with out having a cent of your own money in the company. It was our understanding that the investors would get their money back off the top before any money would be taken from the company. The company never sold any product, your percentage in the company therefore never became active or valid. You took 30,000.00 of my money out of the company braking the agreement we had. I never agreed to pay you a dime until the company was profitable.
You took it upon yourself to hold, control, take property of the company to extort funds that never belonged to you. Your actions were criminal and against company policy. You never were officially transferred memberships in Lowdown LLC. IN the court of law you could not prove why you took 30,000.00 from the company and forced company members to sign a buyout agreement to get their property back or else it we be sold. The property was never yours to take in the first place and you had no cash interest in the company at that time or anytime for that matter.
If you do not pay me a settlement of 10,000.00 by this Friday October 1st, 2004 I will have no other choice but to come after you for the full amount taken plus damages and interest. IM very serious about the facts and the recovery of my money you took. The company was unable to get off the ground due to your actions and misconduct. The money in the accounts were to be returned to the investor not put in your pocket that is theft. Hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and my efforts to resolve this fairly. If I have to go to court I will be asking for over 225,000.00 in damages.
The investment x3 the standard in most civil cases. I have all documentation to prove this case you do not have a leg to stand on my friend try me. How can you explain getting 30,000.00 cash out of a company you had no investment in and that never got off the ground?
