The photos were published in November 2010 and Corley posed under the alias Taylor Stone. Mississippi State has yet to discipline and even let her continue to cheer on their team at the UCA College National Championships last month.

Since the incident occurred last year and is now coming to light, MSU may face a backlash if they suspend Corley from their cheerleading team or the school.

MSU’s code of conduct states that it ‘will not police the personal lives of students on or off campus.’
