Model’s Images Wind Up on Porn Sites

SAN JOSE – A professional model who is now a real estate developer has sued Michael Stycket and Michael Stucket Photography in Santa Clara County Court, claiming he induced her to pose for photos to be used for “Muscular Development” magazine, and instead posted them on pornographic Web sites.

Plaintiff Anicia Bragg claims the San Jose photographer posted more than 1,000 images of her on 70 or more porn sites, after getting her consent to use them only for Muscular Development magazine. She seeks an injunction against Stycket and the Web sites, and damages for fraud, breach of contract, and misappropriation.
