Mack stated that under the previous ownership, the agency had reached a point where it could not grow or excel as he believed it was capable. He indicated that the options were to separate from the company or to buy the agency himself.

Mack decided to stay and acquire the agency, aiming to rebuild it into an entity that people would be proud to be part of. This decision led to the creation of Glow Models. Mack mentioned that he explored nearly 100 names that sounded "premium" but faced challenges with domain availability. The name Glow Models was chosen after being presented to the models, who voted on the options, because the domain was available and affordable.

As of August 7, 2026, Glow Models represents more than 70 active models. Mack emphasized that models are not bound by restrictive contracts and are free to leave at any time. He stated that the agency works for its clients, advising them on their goals, and it is up to the models to decide whether to follow that advice.

Leadership and Agent Experience

Alex Mack, a performer, director, and producer, joined Hussie Models as an in-house talent agent on December 26, 2023. Riley, Hussie Models’ founder and company principal, stated at the time that Mack was intelligent, possessed expertise, and had a passion for nurturing talent, aiming to empower performers. Mack, a Siberian native, moved to California in 2011 and began his performing career in 2019.

Mack highlighted the value of an agent having experience in front of the camera. He cited Glow agent Raven, a former performer who also works as a director and production manager in Florida. Mack noted that Raven understands models, particularly female models, fostering a connection where models can discuss issues. He acknowledged the mental health aspects of the business and stated that the freedom to leave in contracts helps alleviate pressure, as modeling and performing are demanding.

Danae Mari, a Las Vegas-based model, was represented by Alex Mack while at Hussie Models. In February, Mari was featured in seven new scenes for networks including Brazzers, MYLF, TeamSkeet, Love Her Films, BANG!, and Devil’s Film. Mack described Mari as a professional and adaptable performer who is always ready to bring something special to each role.

Current Operations and Future Outlook

Glow Models has launched its website, GLOWModels.com, and has received positive feedback. Mack stated that there is still work to be done but expressed eagerness to proceed. The agency can also be followed on X.com.
