Glow Models, formerly known as Hussie Models, has launched under new CEO Alex Mack, with agent Raven Robins working alongside him. The agency’s new website, GlowModels.com, is now officially live.

Agency Transition and Leadership

The rebranding of Hussie Models to Glow Models occurred on August 8, 2026. Alex Mack, who previously started as a talent agent at Hussie Models, has taken over as CEO. Mack purchased the agency in April, subsequently obtaining a new license and domain. He has been involved in organizing and implementing new systems and policies for the agency.

Mack stated that after working with Hussie for several years, he and his business partner reached a point where they felt they could not grow or excel under the previous ownership. He decided to purchase the agency to rebuild it. Mack mentioned that the agency’s website took time to build, but with its official launch, feedback has been positive.

Raven Robins, a former performer, is now the second agent at Glow Models. Robins is also involved in production, serving as a director and production manager. Mack noted that Robins’ background as a performer helps her understand models.

Operational Philosophy and Performer Focus

Glow Models operates with locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Florida, and Arizona, representing a roster of more than 70 performers. Mack, who has a corporate background with multiple degrees, is also an adult performer and director. He was named AVN Best Male Newcomer in 2021.

Mack stated that the agency’s focus is on deeper connection and care for performers, rather than solely on bookings. He expressed a desire for models to feel comfortable discussing personal matters and hardships with him, aiming to be an agent he would want to have himself. He emphasized honesty and being supportive of clients.

Glow Models does not lock models into restrictive contracts. Mack stated that any represented model is free to leave at any time. He believes that if a performer is unhappy, they should be able to seek representation elsewhere without obstacles. Mack indicated that this approach builds trust and fosters a collaborative relationship, leading performers to stay because they choose to. He believes in an agency structure where the agency works for its clients.

Mack also mentioned that he is not interested in rapid or excessive growth for the agency, as this could divert attention from clients. His intention is to adopt a collaborative and positive approach.

Agency Services and Online Presence

Glow Models positions itself as an adult talent agency dedicated to the growth of performers’ personal brands and the achievement of their goals. The agency states that its team of agents works to secure studio work, while its social media and PR team promotes performers and increases their online presence. The agency specifies that it is not an escort agency.
