Furthermore, we have found that they have also placed our titles on various VOD platforms, a license from us that they have never obtained.

I've been following this story from the beginning and there is nothing better than watching a good porn industry pissing contest.
I have only purchased product from Dane as a retailer. [I no longer sell product so distributors please hold your calls.] Over the period of time I purchased from Dane, they screwed up only two of my orders. Both times they shipped and charged me for about 10 times the amount of product I actually ordered. I talked to Bob after both instances. He quickly corrected the problem by contacting the shipping company to get the extra product picked up and he also moved quickly to have my credit card credited.
As a purchaser, I was always satisfied in my dealings with Bob and the other people I dealt with at Dane.
