Canada- The Million Dollar Saloon, one of the city's largest strip clubs, is for sale for $2.7 million, according to ReMax Capital's real estate listings website.
Listing agent Jim Williams of ReMax Capital said the club has been listed for about four weeks "but it's not a distress sale by any means.
"If the right price comes along, they'll sell," said Williams. "If not, they'll keep operating.
"It's listed for top dollar and these clubs aren't easy to buy because you need a considerable amount of the price in cash," added Williams.
The owners declined to comment on the listing of the Chatham Street East club.
Open since February 1987, the adult entertainment club has been at the centre of the city's strip club industry for more than two decades, along with Jason's and Cheetah's.
It's just one of many clubs, bars and restaurants which have been for sale or are still for sale in the city core, all hard hit by downturns in the economy and the hospitality industry.
A few months ago, Danny's on Riverside Drive East, which featured male dancers, relocated to Chatham Street East, and now shares space with female dancers at Jason's.
Danny's is listed for $1.1 million.
