The financial records, disclosed by OF parent company Fenix International, indicate "record revenue and profits" for OnlyFans in fiscal year 2023. The number of creators on the platform increased by 29%, reaching a total of 4.12 million. Gross payments made through the OnlyFans platform saw a 19% increase for the year ended November 30, 2023, rising from $5.55 billion in 2022 to $6.63 billion last year.

Entertainment industry trade Variety first noted the average creator earnings in a correction to an article about OnlyFans' success. Variety clarified that these figures "represent payments made by OnlyFans users net of applicable sales taxes, refunds and deferred income." Based on these figures, OnlyFans creators earned total payouts of $5.32 billion for the most recent fiscal year, marking a year-over-year increase of 19%.

Creator Growth and Earnings

OnlyFans has grown into one of the world’s largest creator-driven platforms. As of current data, the platform hosts 4.63 million creators and is supported by 377.5 million users. The number of creators increased 1,222% between 2019 and 2025. In the past year alone, the platform added 936,000 new creator accounts, representing a 29.4% growth from 3.2 million in 2022.

In February 2025, OnlyFans received approximately 179,522 requests to open creator accounts, with 36% of these accounts approved to post content on the platform. The filing states, "OnlyFans’ mission is to empower content creators to own their full potential by building the safest social media platform and providing unparalleled opportunities to our user community." It further specifies that "The media content on OnlyFans.com can only be shared or accessed by registered users who are over 18 years old and who have successfully completed the Creator or Fan onboarding process."

Fenix International noted that OnlyFans "continues to garner significant media attention due to its novel business model, inclusive content policy and the success of many Creators." The company also stated its intention to "continue to develop its public and government relations strategy to address misconceptions regarding the Group as reported in the media."

The United States accounts for 48.96% of global OnlyFans traffic, and mobile devices drive 84.1% of all OnlyFans website visits. In December 2025, OnlyFans received 305.5 million visits. The platform removed 35,865 creator accounts in February 2025.
