Tabetha Yang posts: Dear Sharon, It has been a couple of weeks since I spoke with you last and I hope that you're well. I do realize that you're a very busy woman and that it is an overwhelming position trying to fill the future needs of this Industry and what it might demand. That is why we developed the HEARD System and came to you first before almost anyone. We wanted to help with that task and give assistance that could make a world of difference in how things are done today. I have been a long time supporter of your efforts & AIM and wish to see you have continued success. Therefore I feel a few things should be pointed out and bring my questions to your attention.

When I contacted you about HEARD on May 12th and asked for a few minutes of your time to discuss it with you - you stated, "...right now I have at least 3 people who have submitted the same type of thing, I cannot do anything until next week, but I do know we cannot have 3 different systems. Please contact me next week." I responded the say day and was grateful for your time and told you I was working with Outback Productions owner Nicole London as well as others to get the HEARD System adopted by the Industry. On May 12th you wrote back and said, "I have just heard news that Nicole London and Rob Spallone are working together, so, with this news I'm afraid I can no longer be involved or participate in anything involving this person" and "The idea of a data base is to be under medical protection from landing in the wrong hands for casting purposes...a data base will be formed to be under AIM auspices only."

I wrote and explained to you that the Industry needed to work TOGETHER to make our future more secure from possible mandates and legislation, something you felt was far from happening as you said, "...have been speaking with DHS and Cal OSHA for the last few years, I do know what it would take for legislature to be in place..." Also you were kind enough to explain your view further. "Please understand that AIM, as the testing center, must and would not legally take any information from any source that would not be from our own gathering. It is a simple free trade issue, I have spoken to my attorneys, and AIM auspices would have a database to protect the information as medical information from any outside source from getting it. This info is to detect faster partner notification-period. Having input from another source, would not be able to be used by AIM, and I fear, as I have seen before, information has been compromised to people who would use it for their own benefit."

Question: Is Adultdat, that is housed and run on computer servers that are NOT bought, run or managed by AIM in any way "under medical protection from landing in the wrong hands for casting purposes"? If so, how? Also, since a corporation in Glendale appears to run www.labdat.com (not AIM), why would HEARD be such a foreign concept?

Question: Is Adultdat HIPAA compliant (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)? http://www.hipaa.org/ The HEARD System will meet or exceed all HIPAA requirements.

Question: On the cover of Adultdat, it is stated to have been donated by three separate sources; which part of - "AIM auspices would have a database to protect the information as medical information from any outside source from getting it"- does this fall under?

Question: With so many Talent freighted to go back to work and Production Companies in the government eye, how is "...useful information for producers and directors such as agency listings, location contacts, makeup artists, rental listings, and more" (as stated in an AVN article) going to protect our Talent from harm and our Production Companies from being targeted? What happened to being focused to health related issues??

Question: Aim being a non-profit foundation and Adultdat claiming to be non-profit (based on an AVN article); how can this remain to be the purpose of a database when all three companies sponsoring it clearly sell merchandise and/or services for profit? Have they filed for and/or been granted a 501(C) (3) Non-Profit status by the IRS as you have been?

In able to avoid hypocrisy, I myself am in the process of relinquishing my Management companies so as to be solely dedicated to the HEARD System, the Talent, Production Companies and Agents/Managers it represents. I feel that the Industry itself is just that - AN INDUSTRY - not one particular source or power but an entity that is formed by the mass and therefore must be supported by the mass to succeed and move forward. I feel you owe it to EVERYONE this involves to look at all the options that are out there before making an informed, solid recommendation to the Industry. How do you know the HEARD System is not what the Industry needs, you have not spent the time to review the system with us as you said you would? Once again, I wish to hear from you regarding these questions as we value your opinion and position within the Industry. So far we have received very positive and informative support regarding the System and are looking forward to being a stable, reliable part of this Industries future.

Sincerely,Tabetha Yang www.HEARDSYSTEM.com
