Performer Sues Film Distributor Over Royalties

Utah- [Deseret News]- An Ogden woman has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against an adult film company for which she modeled.

Dennio Enterprises, a California adult film distributor, paid Tamara Vandyck in full from 1996-2007, but breached its contract with the model by “copying and pasting old video productions” into new material and refusing to pay royalties, according to the lawsuit filed two weeks ago in federal court.

As a result, Vandyck has suffered “financial devastation,” “severe emotional distress,” “embarrassment and humiliation,” according to the lawsuit.

Vandyck claims she is owed more than $75,000.
