UK- A BOGUS TV director who tricked an actress into repeatedly stripping for him and then molested her was jailed for four years yesterday.

Robert Morton, 41, also sexually attacked another woman while on bail for the first assault.

The screen hopeful, 24, visited his flat for an audition after he advertised a fake BBC sitcom in a TV industry magazine.

Morton made her wear a French maid’s outfit and undress up to six times. He also slapped her bottom and grabbed her breasts.

The second woman, 20, was attacked 11 months later, in March this year, when she went to view a room he had advertised for rent at his home in Watford, Herts. He put on a porn DVD, fondled her and forced her to perform a sex act.

Morton, clutching a Bible, told St Albans crown court, Herts: “I was stunned at being found guilty. I’m a decent man.” Judge Colin Colston QC said he had shown not “a shred of remorse”.

He was convicted of indecent assault on his first victim and of three sex charges over the second.
